Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced, high-energy Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced camp dining operation. You will oversee daily culinary activities, staff scheduling, budgeting, and allergen safety at a top-tier summer camp.

This on-site, live-in position requires hands-on leadership in a high-volume kitchen, with a minimum six-day work week and travel-laden duties across rural camp facilities. Join a team dedicated to scratch cooking and exceptional dietary accommodations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certified (ServSafe Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations and lead kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory, ordering, budgeting, and daily reporting.
• Ensure allergen safety and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods.
