Wolfoods seeks an experienced, high-energy Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role in our on-site summer camp operations. You will oversee daily culinary activities, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

This live-in position requires a strong leader who can manage kitchen operations across multiple facilities, ensure safety compliance, and maintain Superior quality during a busy season.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (Allergens required).
• Strong leadership and budgeting abilities.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee culinary quality, portions, menu specs, scratch cooking execution, and timely meal service.
• Strictly manage food allergen protocols and maintain top sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, place food orders, control budgets, and track daily reporting.
• Serve as the main liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
