Wolfoods is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced, on-site culinary operation at our rustic summer camp. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure allergen safety across all meals in a high-volume setting.

This seasonal, exempt role requires 4+ years in a commercial kitchen, ServSafe Manager certification, and the stamina to live on-site for a demanding 6-day/70-hour week. Competitive pay with bonus and room/board.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certified (ServSafe Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored).
• Strong leadership, budgeting capability, and problem-solving abilities.
