Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking a Kitchen Manager for on-site, live-in leadership at rustic summer camps across the country. You will oversee all daily culinary operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety, ensuring top-quality, scratch-cooked meals in a high-volume setting.

This seasonal contract requires notable dedication, including a six-day, 70-hour week, with competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and full room & board.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations and lead kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and daily reporting.
• Ensure allergen safety and Health Department sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
• Take ownership of on-site, live-in kitchen operations at a fast-paced camp.
