Job summary

Saint Anselm College, a private Benedictine liberal arts college in New Hampshire, seeks an Area Coordinator for Residential Life and Education. This live-in 11-month position reports to the Assistant Director and coordinates by the Director.

The AC supervises 10–14 undergraduate RAs and 1–2 professional staff, manages housing operations, and advances living-learning programs with faculty. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; two years’ housing/residence life experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Catholic higher education traditions will help success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate Resident Assistants.
• Oversee housing operations, facilities issues, and on-call responses.
• Serve as Conduct Hearing Officer and liaison to the judicial office.
• Develop learning communities and co-curricular partnerships with faculty.
