Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Event Production Technician to support onsite, hybrid, and virtual events for a multinational client. You will manage setup, operation, and troubleshooting across video, audio, streaming, and control room systems in fast-paced environments.

You will work with production teams and clients to ensure high-quality delivery, coordinate technical requirements, and participate in post-event reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in live event production or broadcast.
• Experience supporting onsite, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Hands-on with control rooms and production systems.
• Familiarity with meeting platforms (Teams/Zoom).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation for live, hybrid, and virtual events.
• Coordinate virtual meetings across Teams/Zoom with live support.
• Act as producer or technical producer when required.
• Manage show flow, speakers, timing for virtual/hybrid events.
• Ensure quality checks of assets and configurations.
• Support post-event reviews and incident documentation.
• Assist in postproduction tasks like clipping and delivery.
• Coordinate production requirements ensuring standards compliance.
• Perform setup and operation of control rooms and systems.
• Troubleshoot issues across video, audio, networking.
