Case Farms, Inc. is hiring a maintenance/yard worker to clean and sanitize live haul trailers and cages, and to perform related paperwork such as work orders and parts charges.

You will inspect and repair cages in compliance with DOT and animal welfare regulations and safely operate heavy‑duty equipment. The role requires the ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts, plus a strong work ethic, basic math, PPE use, and the capacity to work unsupervised in outdoor

Formación

• Relative maintenance experience (e.g., cutting, grinding, welding).
• Basic math functions and skills.
• Sound work ethic, honesty, and moral character.
• Ability to operate yard equipment (e.g., forklift, yard truck, tractor).
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shift hours.
• Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs.
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize live haul trailers and cages.
• Perform all necessary paperwork associated with the assigned job (i.e. work orders, charge parts, etc.).
• Inspect and repair cages, adhering to DOT and animal welfare guidelines and regulations.
• Drive various heavy‑duty equipment safely.
• General housekeeping duties, maintaining neat, clean, and orderly work area.
• All other duties as assigned.
