Job summary

Case Farms, LLC in Winesburg, Ohio is hiring a maintenance-focused worker responsible for cleaning and sanitizing live haul trailers, completing paperwork, and inspecting cages in compliance with DOT and animal welfare guidelines.

You will drive heavy-duty equipment, maintain a tidy work area, and perform other duties as assigned, with emphasis on safety, PPE, and ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Relative maintenance experience (e.g., cutting, grinding, welding).
• Basic math functions and skills.
• Sound work ethic, honesty, and moral character.
• Ability to operate yard equipment (forklift, yard truck, tractor).
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shift hours.
• Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs.
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize live haul trailers and cages.
• Perform all necessary paperwork associated with the assigned job (i.e. work orders, charge parts, etc.).
• Inspect and repair cages, adhering to DOT and animal welfare guidelines and regulations.
• Drive various heavy-duty equipment safely.
• General housekeeping duties, maintaining neat, clean, and orderly work area.
• All other duties as assigned.
