Job summary

Case Farms, Inc. is seeking a Live Haul Superintendent to determine work allocations and lead a team of drivers, catch crews, and farm staff. You will coordinate staffing, make hire/termination decisions, and ensure adherence to safety and animal welfare standards across our live haul operations.

Qualifications

Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
Knowledge of poultry transportation operations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Basic mathematical skills.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a safe and pleasant work environment for drivers, catchers and other staff.
Ability to work night shifts with variable start/end times.
Good DMV record.
Understanding of DOT rules for Class A drivers.

Responsibilities

Determine work allocations within the department and coordinate staffing needs.
Hire and terminate employees; oversee staffing levels with farms and field personnel.
Enforce safety, production and animal welfare standards across the department.
