Job summary

WIN Reality, LLC is seeking a Live Ops Engineer to keep our fleet of camera-based Smart Park systems running across baseball and softball fields nationwide. You will own fleet health in real time, diagnose hardware, firmware, networking, and software issues, and drive permanent fixes with the engineering team, especially during weekend games.

Based in Austin or Los Angeles, you will participate in an on-call rotation, coordinate with partners and support teams, and build automated health checks

Qualifications

4+ years in live operations or IoT fleet ops in a high-stakes environment.
Experience troubleshooting across hardware, firmware, and software.
Strong Linux skills and networking fundamentals (cellular, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Grafana, Datadog, or Prometheus.

Responsibilities

Monitor real-time health and performance of deployed Smart Park systems.
Build dashboards, alerts, and automated health checks.
Troubleshoot issues across hardware, firmware, networking, and software during live play.
Coordinate rollouts and field support; drive permanent fixes with engineering.
Write scripts/tools to automate detection and remediation of issues.
