Job summary

Insomniac Events seeks a Visual Communications - Project Manager to support the advancement, design, production and deployment of visual assets for live events. This role reports to the Senior Project Manager and is not remote.

You will lead cross-functional teams, facilitate production meetings, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure safety and quality across office and on-site operations for festival productions worldwide. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or trade school accreditation in graphic design, event management or project management.
• 3+ years festival and concert tour experience.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder)

Responsibilities

• Attend and facilitate production meetings to gather requirements and distribute information to relevant teams.
• Serve as primary contact for production, operational, and experience stakeholders during sourcing and procurement.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across experience, operations, production and fabrication to manage timelines and budgets.
• Document and distribute SOPs for live, digital and event assets.
• Provide project updates to experience and warehouse leads and personnel.
• Plan equipment, site needs and travel details for shows.
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of all office and mobile equipment.
• Maintain digital records and filing per company policies and procedures.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Operate vehicles per SOPs.
• Conduct daily rounds of all areas under responsibility.
• Recruit, hire and onboard team members.
• Travel will be required (economy).
