Job summary

Insomniac Events is seeking a Visual Communications - Project Manager to lead the development, design, production and deployment of all visual assets for live events. You will report to the Visual Communications Senior Project Manager and travel as needed to support shows.

The role requires coordinating with experience, operations, production and fabrication teams to maintain timelines, budgets, and safety standards, with hands-on leadership for staff onboarding and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Degree or trade school accreditation in Graphic Design, Event Management, or Project Management.
• Related field experience could substitute for education.
• 3+ years festival and concert tour experience.
• Proven ability to stay calm and professional.

Responsibilities

• Manage production meetings to gather requirements and distribute information.
• Serve as primary contact for production, operations, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timelines and budgets are followed.
• Document, create, and distribute SOPs for live and digital assets.
• Provide project updates to experience and warehouse leads.
• Partner with experience team to plan equipment, site needs and travel for shows.
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of all office/mobile equipment.
