Insomniac in Las Vegas seeks a Visual Communications - Project Manager to oversee the design, production, and deployment of visual assets for live events and digital channels. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure safety and quality across all assets.

This on-site role requires 3+ years in festival production and proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite. Candidates must be able to travel to shows and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or accreditation in graphic design, event management or project management.
• 3+ years festival and concert tour experience.
• Proven ability to remain calm and professional in all situations.
• Strong understanding of festival production and safety procedures.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead production meetings to gather requirements and share updates.
• Primary liaison for production, operational, and experience stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Document, create and distribute live, digital and event SOPs.
• Provide project development updates to experience and warehouse leads.
• Plan equipment, site needs and travel details for shows.
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of office and mobile equipment.
• Maintain digital records and filing per company policies.
• Recruit, hire and onboard team members.
• Travel to events as required.
