Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of facilities operations experience.
• Driver’s license required; related courses are a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, floor plans, safety rules, and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations including setup, breakdown, and maintenance for smooth execution and safety.
• Supervise and schedule operations staff, custodial, maintenance, and event support teams.
• Conduct pre-event walkthroughs and post-event inspections to maintain facility standards and identify repairs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support event logistics and resolve issues.
• Manage inventory and procurement of supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
