Job summary

ID&C USA in Bradenton, FL seeks a Sales Representative to drive growth in the U.S. conferences and conventions market. Build relationships with event organizers, brands, and agencies, coordinating quotes, artwork, and timelines while ensuring accurate orders and on-time delivery.

You will engage with customers to recommend badge, wristband, credential, and RFID solutions, manage inquiries, and follow up post-sale to secure repeat business. Experience in B2B/event sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or event sales.
• Experience preparing quotes and managing orders.
• Familiarity with live events and RFID technologies.
• CRM experience and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow an assigned book of business across the U.S.
• Respond to inquiries; prepare quotes and product recommendations.
• Coordinate production timelines and artwork approvals.
• Resolve issues; maintain CRM data.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Operations, Marketing.
