Job summary

InProduction, Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Manager to drive on-time completion and financial success of events. You will lead project teams, manage scope, budgets, and schedules, and coordinate with inventory and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires travel across the US, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple phases from Initiating to Closing. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing of projects within budget and schedule.
• Provide guidance to project teams and coordinate with sales, engineering and operations.
• Communicate project plans, milestones and changes to stakeholders.
• Manage inventory, budgets and expendables to meet cost targets.
• Generate weekly project reports for large-scale initiatives.
