Job summary

RWS Global in Orlando seeks a Production Manager to lead day-to-day production operations, coordinating logistics, schedules, talent, and crew to ensure the project aligns with the creative vision.

The role requires collaborating with producers, directors, technical teams, casts, and vendors to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget. A 5+ year background in live entertainment production is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Arts Administration, Production, Film, Media, Sports, or related field.
• 5+ years in production management within sports, entertainment, or live events.
• Proficient with Wrike, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Provides world-class customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
• Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed production schedules, timelines, and workflows for various projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope.
• Resource Management: Oversee allocation of crew, equipment, and locations for optimal asset use.
• Budget Management: Track costs, manage expenses, and negotiate with vendors for cost-efficient operations.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, talent and contractors, including contracts and deliverables.
• Crew & Cast Coordination: Hire, schedule, and manage production crews and technical personnel.
• Logistics & Operations: Coordinate site logistics, venue coordination, permitting, transport, and equipment installation.
• Technical Oversight: Work with technical teams on setup, operation, and strike of production equipment.
• Quality Control: Ensure productions meet high standards of quality and safety with site checks.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols on site to maintain a safe working environment.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and develop contingency plans for technical/operational challenges.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain production records and inventories, providing clear documentation.
