Job summary

RWS Entertainment Group is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to support planning, scheduling, budgeting, logistics for live entertainment across the UK Merlin Theme Parks. You will work closely with Production Management to coordinate resources, vendors, cast and crew, and on-site operations.

The role requires highly organized, proactive candidates with 2+ years in production coordination, strong communication, and familiarity with Wrike or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in arts administration, production, film, media, sports or communications.
• 2+ years of experience in production coordination within live entertainment or events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of live entertainment production development, execution, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management with clients, park stakeholders, vendors, cast and crew.
• Production planning & scheduling, timelines, trackers, call sheets and workflows.
• Resource coordination of personnel, vendors, equipment and logistics.
• Budget tracking, expense reconciliation, vendor payments and reporting.
• Vendor, freelancer and contractor onboarding, communications and scheduling.
• Cast and crew scheduling, travel arrangements and on-site communications.
