Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Operations Coordinator at Reliant Park in Houston, TX to join the operations team. The role coordinates staff, subcontractors and daily activities to ensure events run smoothly and safety policies are followed.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling, training on procedures, maintaining equipment and liaising with clients and contractors. Occasional outdoor work and long hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years related experience in a public assembly facility or similar environment.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating event-related services.
• Knowledge of safety, risk management, and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervision, event coordination, equipment maintenance, staffing, setups and changeovers.
• Train staff on laws, codes, policies, risk management and safety procedures.
• Prepare work schedules, assign staffing, and coordinate contractors per event demands.
• Investigate and resolve operational problems and client complaints.
• Maintain equipment/inventory and coordinate with external service providers as needed.
• Ensure safety and report irregularities or property damage to supervisor.
