Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college.
• Three (3) years related experience in a supervisory or management role in public assembly facilities or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating events, staff, and vendors in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise event operations, staffing, setups and changeovers.
• Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure requirements and safety policies are met.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory, and supply procurement for events.
• Schedule staff and subcontractors according to event demands and budgets.
• Investigate operational issues and communicate resolutions to leadership.
