Kia Forum is seeking an Event Manager to oversee the operational execution of concerts, entertainment events, and related functions, coordinating with Booking, Finance, Production, and Operations.

This role requires 3–5 years in event operations or guest services, strong budgeting, AutoCAD proficiency, and exceptional communication, with flexibility for weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Event Operations, Facilities Management, or Guest Services Management.
• Strong planning and budget control skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Proficient with AutoCAD; Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments and clients to manage budgets and guest service.
• Create event notes for internal distribution.
• Lead event meetings and communicate client expectations.
• Troubleshoot day-of-event issues and document resolutions.
• Manage space assignment on Kia Forum property during events.
• Collaborate with Booking, Arena Ops, and Finance to track costs.
