Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Event Coordinator to serve as the primary operational contact for events at the venue. You will coordinate planning, liaise with clients, promoters, tenants, and internal teams to ensure the event is executed to contract and standards.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple logistics, floor plans, production schedules, and post-event reviews.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, operations, venue management, hospitality, convention services, sports and entertainment, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, solve problems independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and other software.
• Ability to learn venue management and event software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event calendar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for events from booking through completion.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, promoters, tenants, and event partners with professional service.
• Guide clients through the event planning process by interpreting contracts, venue policies, procedures, and timelines.
• Coordinate event logistics, schedules, and operational requirements for successful execution.
• Proactively follow up on client requests, questions, concerns, and changes throughout planning.
