Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Atlanta is seeking a reliable events coordinator to plan and support live show logistics. You will help coordinate crew transportation, meals, and on-site operations to ensure smooth performances.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to work long hours are essential. Applicants should have a high school diploma and preferably a four-year degree in a related field, plus experience in audio/video production and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• A four-year degree in a telecommunications-related field is preferred.
• Experience in audio and video production or related field.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation of crew to and from airports, hotels, and venues.
• Procure various products/materials from local retailers as needed.
• Facilitate crew meal orders with local restaurants.
• Coordinate laundry pickups with tour vendors.
• Handle cash reconciliation and related tasks.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required.
