Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Austin, TX is seeking an Account Assistant for our Entertainment & Live Events Contingency team. This role handles transactional documents and client communications in a fast-paced environment focused on music, live events, film, and production clients.

Preferred candidates have 3+ years of contract review experience and strong administrative skills, with great attention to detail and a willingness to learn. In-office, 9am–6pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience reviewing and proofreading contracts and transactional documents.
• Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail/accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn; insurance industry experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via email, letters, and telephone.
• Collect and coordinate client and event information.
• Prepare accurate, timely, professional market and client documents and presentations.
• Review client contracts and insurance requirements.
• Review insurance policy documentation.
• Maintain and update electronic client files.
