EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an Account Assistant in Los Angeles, CA. You will support insurance servicing across applications, policies, endorsements, and client communications in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include invoicing, managing expirations, and maintaining records in the agency system while delivering quality service to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred and California Property & Casualty license within 90 days of hire.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Process applications, policies, endorsements, and servicing items accurately and timely.
• Ensure timely invoicing and handle monthly expirations.
• Document activity in the Agency Management System and meet quality standards.
