Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Austin, TX is seeking an Account Assistant for our Contingency team to support major music festivals and global tours with precise contract administration and client communications.

You will review and assemble client and event information, prepare professional presentations, and maintain electronic files, collaborating with colleagues to deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience reviewing and proofreading contracts and other transactional documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to learn new software quickly.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via email, letters, and phone.
• Collect and coordinate client and event information.
• Create accurate, timely, professional market and client documents.
• Review client contracts and insurance requirements.
• Maintain and update electronic client files.
• Support other duties as needed by management.
