Job summary

Legends Global in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Front of House Manager for our operations team at the Maxwell C. King Center for the Performing Arts.

This part-time role requires you to lead FOH operations, coordinate with Stage Manager, Union Steward, and back-of-house staff to ensure events start on time and run smoothly. You will supervise security, parking, and volunteers, manage vendors and guest interactions, and maintain a high standard of guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a 2-year college or university.
• 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous management experience in a similar venue.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all FOH operations including Security, Parking, and Volunteer staff.
• Capable of coordination with Stage Manager/Union Steward and back of house team to ensure events start on time.
• Supports other FOH Managers and Event Services Manager during all events.
• Responsible for safely setting up/tearing down events, as needed.
• Coordinates with tour merchandising representatives and performs financial settlements.
• Ensures the satisfaction of clients and builds vendor relationships.
