Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead on-site FOH operations at the Maxwell C. King Center for the Performing Arts. You will oversee security, parking, and volunteer staff, ensuring events start smoothly and guests have exceptional experiences.

This role requires strong communications, problem solving, and leadership in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. You will coordinate with stage, promoters, and tour managers to deliver flawless events.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from a 2-year college or university.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Previous management experience in a similar venue.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate FOH operations including security, parking, and volunteers.
• Close coordination with Stage Manager, Union Steward, back of house, promoters and tour managers to start events on time.
• Support other FOH managers and Event Services Manager during events.
• Set up/tear down events safely as needed.
• Coordinate with tour merchandising representatives and perform financial settlements.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with other King Center departments and venues.
• Oversee VIP parking and guest interactions.
• Engage with guests of all ages with professionalism.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
