Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Catering Coordinator to support day-to-day operations of the special events and catering department across the Toledo Complex (Huntington Center and Glass City Center). The role includes planning and executing catering requests for internal and ticketed events, coordinating with Premium clients, and assisting the Director of Catering.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in hospitality, administrative support, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, detail and execute catering requests for internal and special events.
• Communicate with Premium clients via email and phone to fulfill requests and answer questions.
• Create event orders, floor plans and event logistics reports.
• Collaborate with culinary team on menu options and cost tracking.
• Create event orders for ticketed events.
• Assist with planning and execution of catering orders for internal clients.
• Assist with staff scheduling for premium level service.
• Act as manager on duty during ticketed and catered events.
• Prepare event sheets and share with staff.
• Provide documentation for post-event invoicing.
• Support day-to-day catering operations for all events.
• Attend staff and stadium production meetings.
• Support front-of-house catering operations and venue calendar.
• Develop conflict resolution skills for event planning.
