Job summary

The Legends Toledo Complex delivers premium catering for internal and ticketed events. The Catering Coordinator plans, details, and executes catering requests, creates BEOs and event orders, and supports the Premium Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with hospitality, admin support, or customer service experience.
• Experience using Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Plan, detail and execute catering requests for internal and special events.
• Communicate with Premium clients via email and phone to fulfill requests.
• Create event orders, floor plans and event logistics reports.
• Coordinate with culinary team to select menus and track costs.
• Assist with scheduling and acting as manager on duty during events.
• Provide documentation for post-event invoicing and staff instructions.
