Job summary

LMG is a full-service event technology provider seeking an Account Executive in Orlando, FL to transform client ideas into technical solutions and manage projects from concept to delivery.

You will develop proposals, build client relationships, and coordinate cross-team efforts to ensure successful live events. A strong focus on communication and multitasking will help you drive satisfaction and payments throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of audiovisual sales experience.
• 3+ years developing technical proposals.
• Experience supporting the full lifecycle of live events.

Responsibilities

• Develop event solutions by consulting with clients to understand event goals, technical requirements, budgets, timelines, and production needs.
• Build winning proposals by reviewing and delivering technical recommendations and pricing that align with client objectives and company standards.
• Manage client relationships through ongoing communication, adapting plans as requirements evolve and ensuring expectations remain aligned throughout the event lifecycle.
• Coordinate event logistics by working across teams to ensure equipment, labor, venue requirements, and production details are properly planned and executed.
• Support successful event delivery by validating equipment requirements, reviewing project readiness, and ensuring all elements are prepared before deployment.
• Drive client satisfaction and business success through event follow-up, issue resolution, contract administration, and collection of agreed-upon payments.
