As an Account Executive in Nashville, you will develop event solutions, build proposals, manage client relationships, and coordinate logistics to ensure flawless delivery and client satisfaction, with base pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of audiovisual sales experience.
• 3+ years developing technical proposals.
• Experience supporting the full lifecycle of live events.

Location: Nashville, TN (Music City Convention Center)| Full Time | Pay Range: $60,146.75 - $72,465.96/YR + commission (Based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do

• Develop event solutions by consulting with clients to understand event goals, technical requirements, budgets, timelines, and production needs.
• Build winning proposals by reviewing and delivering technical recommendations and pricing that align with client objectives and company standards.
• Manage client relationships through ongoing communication, adapting plans as requirements evolve and ensuring expectations remain aligned throughout the event lifecycle.
• Coordinate event logistics by working across teams to ensure equipment, labor, venue requirements, and production details are properly planned and executed.
• Support successful event delivery by validating equipment requirements, reviewing project readiness, and ensuring all elements are prepared before deployment.
• Drive client satisfaction and business success through event follow-up, issue resolution, contract administration, and collection of agreed-upon payments.
