Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled production services accurately and on time.
• Update, maintain, and complete orders, records and forms.
• Deliver, install, operate, and retrieve all audio, video, lighting, rigging and other production equipment.
• Coordinate and interface outside vendor equipment.
• Assist clients and in-house personnel in operating equipment.
• Assist clients and staff in conducting virtual or hybrid meetings.
• Interact with clients and staff regarding technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair complex AV and lighting systems.
• Monitor and secure production equipment for efficient events.
• Ensure equipment is returned undamaged and properly accounted for.
