Job summary

VenuWorks in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking reliable Operations / Janitorial Staff to support venue maintenance, seating conversions, and general cleaning for our events. You will help set up and tear down chair arrangements, clean restrooms, offices, and concourses, and assist with trash disposal.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to work day, night, overnight, and weekend shifts, and willingness to work at our seasonal outdoor amphitheater.

Qualifications

• Setting up and tearing down chair seating arrangements and conversions.
• Sweeping, mopping, cleaning and restocking supplies in restrooms, offices, concourses.
• Collecting trash can liners for dumpsters.
• Heavy lifting, standing and walking during shifts.
• Working at our seasonal outdoor amphitheater.
• Availability needed for shifts during day, night, overnight, and weekends.
