Responsibilities

• Review event function needs to ensure appropriate services and products are available.
• Set up event space in accordance with specifications.
• Break down and store furniture, linens, and equipment after events.
• Respond to feedback from guests and team members regarding space presentation and adjustments needed.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to event services.
• Assist in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, storing and inventory of all set up related products.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department.
• Assist team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
