Legends Global is seeking a Public Safety Agent in Columbus, OH to greet guests, monitor access, and maintain secure conditions across multiple venues. You will manage crowds, respond to incidents, and enforce policies with a customer-focused approach.

Ideal candidates have CCTV awareness, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate radios and security systems. This role emphasizes safety, hospitality, and effective collaboration with event teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Surveillance (CCTV) skills preferred
• Knowledge of security and public safety functions
• Customer service techniques
• Fire alarm system knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Must be able to use a two-way radio
• Professional appearance at all times
• Able to pass background check
• Valid Ohio driver’s license

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests as they enter and exit the facilities
• Answer questions and provide directions
• Enforce venue policies and procedures
• Report suspicious activity and policy violations
• Respond to incidents and assist with crowd management
• Secure locations and control access for authorized personnel
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Complete incident reports and shift documentation
• Direct visitors and deliveries to proper areas
• Operate and monitor security systems and CCTV
• Utilize company vehicle to move personnel as needed
