Live Nation Entertainment in the United States seeks a hands-on events support coordinator to plan and coordinate various aspects of live events. You will report to the Production Manager and help ensure smooth operations for concerts and tours.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; four-year degree in telecommunications-related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record; background check required.
• Flexibility and ability to work long hours.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate various aspects of live events.
• Coordinate transportation of crew to airports, hotels, stores, etc.
• Purchase products/materials required at local stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Walmart, Wholefoods, Guitar Center, etc.).
• Facilitate crew meal orders with local restaurants.
• Coordinate laundry pickups with the tour at approved vendors.
• Cash reconciliation and miscellaneous work as needed.
