Live Nation Entertainment in Atlanta seeks a proactive Stage/Talent Support Assistant who coordinates errands and production tasks for shows. You will help with food delivery, equipment handoffs, and keep backstage areas tidy, ensuring smooth show flow.

The role requires a reliable car, clean driving record, and flexibility to work late hours. You bring strong communication, knowledge of touring or stage production, and a personable, professional manner.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Must have a properly working automobile and proof of insurance.
Excellent communication skills and punctual.
Knowledge of touring or stage production operations.
Flexible schedule and ability to work late hours.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver food and beverages to the band or talent.
Retrieve and deliver equipment, paperwork, etc.
Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter.
Assist with other aspects of stage production, such as show pass and guest list distribution.
Assist Green Room Server with any needs of the artist.
Perform opening/running/closing side duties according to company practice and policy.
Have knowledge of all music, promotional, or special events in the house.
