Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Atlanta seeks an Events Coordinator to plan and coordinate various aspects of live events. The role reports to the Production Manager and supports event logistics across venues, crews and vendors.

Responsibilities include arranging transportation for crews, purchasing supplies from local stores, coordinating crew meals, coordinating laundry with tour vendors, cash reconciliation, and performing miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in audio/ video production or equivalent is desirable.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate various aspects of live events. Reports to Production Manager.
• Transportation of crew to and from airports, hotels, stores, etc.
• Purchasing products/materials at local stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Walmart, Wholefoods, Guitar Center).
• Facilitating crew meal orders with local restaurants.
• Coordinating laundry pickups with tour vendors.
• Cash reconciliation.
• Miscellaneous work on an as needed basis.
