The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in live event production, with strong skills in audio, lighting, video, and staging. A fast-paced environment and weekend hours are common.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in live event or concert production.
• Experience managing vendors and productions for tours or venues.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between tour and/or client production and LN venue.
• Advance and obtain presale technical information including production needs and rider requirements.
• Interface with local contractors, tours, clients, and venue teams for show requirements.
• Day-of-show management from load-in to load-out with a focus on service, timing, and costs.
• Show accounting and settlements with artists and vendor payments.
• Track labor costs and maintain budgets for cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and third-party vendors for safe, efficient events.
• Assist in onboarding and training production staff to ensure readiness.
