Job summary

Fudale Events in Las Vegas seeks an organized Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll be the backbone of event logistics, supporting the Operations Team to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed from pre-production to on-site management.

You will gain hands-on experience in corporate events while collaborating with a fast-paced team, handling vendor communications, budgeting support, and live execution to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in event operations, hospitality, logistics, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM/event tools is a plus.
• Local knowledge of Las Vegas hotels, venues, and vendors preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional client-facing presence.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of multiple events from small to large scales.
• Assist with creating detailed itineraries and event documentation.
• Coordinate transportation, staffing, decor, activities, entertainment, and vendors.
• Organize and track event details in HubSpot and planning tools.
• Provide on-site logistics support during events and troubleshoot issues.
