CORT Events in Las Vegas is hiring an Operations Manager to lead all warehouse and transportation operations from distribution centers to venues. It is an onsite role with a focus on safety, labor scheduling, inventory control, and efficiency across the district.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, event operations, or distribution management
• Prior event operations, tradeshow, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong understanding of logistics, safety, and compliance standards; Knowledge of DOT regulations

Responsibilities

• Operational Planning & Labor Scheduling: Forecast labor needs and schedule drivers, temporary labor, and warehouse staff to meet demands while maintaining budget and coverage requirements.
• Routing, Scheduling & Dispatching: Schedule deliveries and labor hours, maintain availability, and route trucks efficiently; provide real-time support to delivery team and customers.
• Event Planning & Coordination: Collaborates with sales teams and clients to understand furniture needs, designs, and layouts for events; develop timelines for production, assembly, and delivery.
• Team Leadership: Coach, train, and motivate staff; manage performance and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Interviewing and Onboarding: Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of warehouse and delivery personnel.
