Raiders Football Club LLC in Las Vegas/Henderson, NV is seeking a Manager, Retail Events to lead large-scale on-site retail operations for concerts, college and professional games, and stadium events. This role focuses on planning, staffing, and executing events from start to finish with a startup mentality.

The manager will coordinate with Stadium Operations, Security, and vendors, oversee up to 150 staff, and manage inventory, IT setup, and post-event reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of demonstrated experience managing large-scale operations and high-volume teams.
• Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, scheduling apps, ADP, and inventory tools.
• Prior experience in event operations or large-scale staffing.
• Strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Excellent cross‑department communication and leadership of large teams.
• Comfort with manual labor and on-site event prep.
• Ability to stay composed in high-pressure, fast-changing environments.
• Proactive initiative and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle staffing for event operations, onboarding and managing up to 150 staff.
• Plan and execute retail operations for 15–20 concert days and other events.
• Build and prepare sales locations, including fixture placement and IT coordination.
• Manage inventory tasks including receiving, ticketing, movement, counts, and post-event reconciliation.
• Coordinate with stadium and vendor partners such as Stadium Ops and Security.
• Oversee labor and timecard management including staffing levels and shifts.
• Maintain event documentation and post-event summaries.
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly during events.
• Drive process improvements to support growth during transition.
• Perform manual labor tasks as needed.
