Raider Image seeks a Manager, Retail Events to plan and execute large-scale retail operations for concerts, collegiate and professional sports games, and stadium events. This role is not brick‑and‑mortar retail; it centers on event planning, staffing, and on-site execution from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in managing large operations and teams, with strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort with manual labor tasks in dynamic environments.

Qualificações

• Five years of demonstrated experience managing large‑scale operations and high‑volume teams.
• Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, scheduling applications, ADP, and inventory applications is preferred.
• Prior experience in event operations, operational management, or large‑scale staffing is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage many moving parts simultaneously.
• Clear, proactive communicator who can coordinate across departments and lead large teams.
• Comfortable with manual labor tasks and hands‑on event preparation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full‑cycle staffing for event operations, including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management for teams up to 150 staff.
• Plan, lead, and execute retail operations for 15–20 concert days annually, collegiate football games, and assist with stadium events.
• Build and prepare sales locations, including physical setup, fixture placement, IT coordination, and merchandising.
• Manage inventory tasks including product receiving, ticketing, movement, counts, replenishment, and post‑event reconciliation.
• Coordinate with stadium and vendor partners such as Stadium Operations, Security, Warehouse, third party partners, and primary concert vendors.
• Oversee labor and timecard management including staffing levels, shift assignments, and compliance with labor goals.
• Maintain event documentation including event plans, schedules, sales tracking, and post‑event summaries.
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and independently during events, escalating only when necessary.
• Drive processes improvements to streamline operations and support ongoing transition and growth.
• Perform manual labor tasks including lifting boxes, moving merchandise, and building or breaking down retail locations.
