Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Event Planning, Logistics and Project Coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sports or Event Management, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Crewing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of broadcast management and live production desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational logistics for scheduled events across multiple racing series and clients.
• Enter crewing information and maintain event schedules.
• Coordinate travel details and communicate itineraries to staff.
• Assist in compiling event information and reconciling billing reports.
• Review event contracts for operational requirements.
• Document expenses with approvals and ensure reconciliations.
• Serve as liaison between Business Operations, Field teams and internal departments.
• Support logistics planning with internal partners and clients.
• Participate in operational meetings and provide updates to leadership.
