Job summary

NEP Group Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Business Operations team in coordinating events across NASCAR, IMSA, IndyCar and other clients.

The role focuses on logistics, scheduling, crewing, travel planning and documentation to ensure seamless event execution. The position requires 3+ years in event planning or logistics, a relevant technical or business degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years experience in Event Planning, Logistics or Project Coordination.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of broadcast management and live production is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational logistics for events across NASCAR, IMSA, IndyCar and other clients.
• Enter accurate crewing information and maintain event schedules.
• Coordinate travel details and communicate itineraries to engineers, technicians, drivers and staff.
• Assist in preparing event books and documentation; support expense tracking and billing reconciliation.
• Review event contracts for operational needs and basic compliance.
• Serve as liaison between Business Operations, Field teams and internal departments.
