Job summary

ACI Motorsport is seeking an experienced Travel & Logistics Coordinator to manage all travel, accommodation, and paddock needs for our North American race operations. You will control bookings, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance with credentials across SRO and IMSA events.

The role requires coordinating with suppliers, handling dietary and passport details, and maintaining budgets while supporting remote and on-site work during events.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel coordination or team logistics within motorsport.
• Knowledge of SRO and IMSA paddock operations.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver against a budget.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience booking via Airbnb, VRBO, hotels directly.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations during events.

Responsibilities

• Book flights, accommodation, rental cars, and paddock transport for all travelling team personnel.
• Source properties across hotels, Airbnb, and VRBO; secure preferential rates and flexible cancellation terms.
• Manage credential applications and logging for SRO and IMSA events.
• Track travel budgets and reconcile receipts; provide post-event cost summaries.
• Coordinate catering and hospitality logistics for event weekends.
• Produce and circulate itineraries; act as travel issues contact during event weeks.
• Communicate with transport team and Team Manager to align schedules.
