Job summary

Broadcast Sports International LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the logistical and administrative needs of Business Operations, ensuring efficient coordination of events, travel, and resources across multiple racing series.

This on-site role involves crewing, scheduling, travel coordination, documentation, and liaison between operations, field teams and internal departments, with some flexibility for hybrid or remote work based on business needs and leadership approval.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Event Planning, Logistics and Project Coordination.
• Crewing Experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of broadcast management, technology and live production desirable.
• Professional communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational logistics for scheduled events across NASCAR, IMSA, IndyCar and other clients.
• Enter accurate crewing information and maintain event schedules.
• Coordinate travel details and communicate itineraries to staff (Engineers, Technicians, Drivers, Freelance staff).
• Assist in compiling and distributing production or event-related information (e.g., event books, documentation).
• Support financial tracking by maintaining event estimates and reconciling billing reports.
• Review event contracts for operational requirements and basic compliance needs.
• Document and track expenses with approvals, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations.
• Serve as a liaison between Business Operations, Field teams, and internal departments.
• Support logistics planning in coordination with internal partners and clients.
