Job summary

OfficePro seeks two Onsite AV Support Technicians in Dallas, TX to maintain, troubleshoot, and support conference room AV equipment for live events and meetings. You will ensure seamless presentations and act as the go-to expert for a range of systems.

This 3-month contract starts April 20th, with 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, and potential for full-time hire. Candidates should have strong field service experience with Crestron, Prysm, Pixera and related in-room tech.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology customer support (3+ years with an advanced degree).
• Hands-on AV troubleshooting and computer systems repair.
• Experience with Crestron, Prysm, Pixera, IglooVision and in-room tech.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams accurately.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements by planning, setting up, testing, and supporting AV needs.
• Oversee system availability and configurations for events and demonstrations.
• Maintain technology assets and provide real-time white-glove support.
• Create documentation for tech assets and client demos.
• Manage software/hardware infrastructure for demos and showcases.
