Hard Rock Live in Orlando is seeking an enthusiastic Event Host to deliver outstanding guest service at all events. Reporting to Live Managers and the Rocker Supervisor, you will help ensure a clean, safe and entertaining environment for guests.

Responsibilities include seating guests, resolving ticketing issues, directing guests, setting up and breaking down event spaces, and assisting with general service tasks. Evening, weekend, and late-night shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience, preferably in an entertainment venue.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and late nights.
• Must read, write and understand English in a working environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent guest service at events to all areas of Hard Rock Live.
• Seat guests, resolve ticketing issues, and direct guests as needed.
• Set up and break down event spaces including chairs, tables, racks, buffets, trash.
• Perform cleaning tasks and assist with event duties.
• Communicate guest issues to Live Manager or GM.
• Maintain positive relationships with other departments to meet guest needs.
